• Valve on/off position: Jandy, ball

• Multiport valve operation

• Critical errors:

  • Is anything draining?

  • Is water flowing through the pump"

  • Did I overdose a spa with either chlorine or acid?

  • Did I note breakable bits (ballooned liners, etc)
    BEFORE I started work?

• Serious errors:

  • Have I reported needed repairs?

  • Have I reported non-operating equipment?

  • Did I add adequate chlorine?

  • Have I overlooked required monthly tests

  • Have I emptied the pump basket?
